Electricity Supply Announcement
The municipality gave notice of the interruption of the electricity supply required for maintenance on 12 August 2014 from 08h00 to 16h00 approximitely. The area identified was the bottom parts of Wingerd Drive and ajacent streets.
According to reports from residents, a much larger area are affected. We inquired with the City, but the call center has no knowledge of any maintenance for the area.
In the mean time we booked a service call for them to investigate.
FEEDBACK:
“When the warned people were switched off unfortunately there was a fault on the switchgear. This affected a larger area than what was warned and planned for.
They were not warned because they were not expected to be off but they were switched again as soon as possible.”
