elexkhanyisa to replace old prepaid meters with new ones in Vredekloof

We confirmed the project with the City and received the following feedback:

There is an on-going project by elexkhanyisa to replace old prepaid meters with new ones in the Oostenberg area.

There is an notification number on the letter with the subject MRP 016. All elexkhanyisa staff carry valid ID’s and they will wear the necessary overalls etc. and arrive in a clearly branded vehicle.

I can only imagine these residents have not responded to previous notices which requested them to phone elexkhanyisa to make an appointment for meter replacement which is why they are being visited.

I have also just dialled the number on the letter and got through to elexkhanyisa and they confirm it is because residents have not responded to the first notice which is a yellow A5 one.

Amie also confirmed they are busy in the Vredekloof area.
