Comment / Objection for a Rezoning Application: 12 Leetchfield Crescent

A notice of a proposed application for a rezoning: Erf 8067, Brackenfell, 12 Leetchfield Crescent, Vredekloof, was given to 15 adjacent property owners via registered mail.

The application is to approve a Telkom Mast which was illegally erected without the necessary approval in 2017.

The Vredekloof CID reported this irregularity to the City by but they failed to inform us of this application.

The closing date for comments is tomorrow 9 March 2021!

The City apologized and gave permission for a late objection by the Vredekloof CID but we are sure that they will not allow any further late objections.
