Stage 2 load shedding planned for weekend
Eskom has warned users that it would implement Stage 2 load shedding this weekend.
“There is a need to conduct urgent maintenance on generating units at some of our power stations,” Eskom said in a power alert.
Stage 2 load shedding will be implemented from 08:00 on Saturday 21 February, and it is likely to continue until 22:00 in the evening.
