“Baie dankie vir julle goeie diens, daar was ‘n man wat baie vinnig gepraat en senuagtig opgetree het by my deur, juis oor die nommers. Ek het vir my man gesê iets is nie pluis en ek vertrou nie vir hom nie”

“Hierdie mense werk nie net op hul ou kliente nie. Hulle was reeds 2 maal by ons om die straatnommers te verf, want hulle aanvaar nie “nee” vir ‘n antwoord nie. Indien hulle nie identifikasie kan toon nie hou hulle ‘n gevaar vir inwoners in.”

I am of opinion that this is just a easy way to look around a area and to try and test security measures.
